After council rejected it in July, the special Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting this morning approved the Downtown Transportation Master Plan's Five Year Review. (The Review still needs to pass full Council this afternoon.)
Council voted to defer the Review at its July meeting after several councillors expressed opposition to the proposed two-way conversions that are part of the Master Plan.
Several councillors were absent for that meeting.
One change with today's vote is a request for a staff report on how the James and John St. conversions are working out.
