Indeed, the first time I did infact stop reading it because I realized that it was nothing more then an aestetic peice. Then I scrolled down and saw some landmarks in Hamilton, thought I might have missed something to the article and found that no, it wasn't regarding the state of busses and walking to Jackson Sqaure or the Glendale Lodge, it was more bizzare storytelling.

The point isn't that I found the peice unenjoyable, the point is it doesn't belong in what is primarily a site whose purpose is to report local events and generate local discussion to benefit the city. You don't buy the Spectator because you want a dramatic reintepretation of the works of Leonid Andreyev, you buy it, because it's a vetted credible news source. Coversely I don't go into art forums and discuss how LRT impacts Hamilton. Doing so cheapens the crediblity of the site, and the dicussion around it.
