An open public data policy would save the city money, in at least three ways...

And IT will only cost me and the missus ten bucks each plus bus fare and drinks to hear "pundits debate open (to the) public data" policy. Wow (me winks), I'm flattered by the pundit propriety!

I guess what's good for the goose ain't quite good enough for us to gander, unless we got a few extra bucks to squander. I love to hear Ryan talk and I'm also an IT guy but I thought we wished to freely open public data and here CIPS insists we must buy. Why do I have this feeling of spit in my eye?

Good luck and nice try, I have my doubts about how well this will fly.
