I live near Rymal Rd. and I can tell you, it is not the future of a city. It is a sub-urban gateway at most. Council should understand that Rymal Rd. is booming because it allows people in other nearby sub-urban and rural areas to briefly touch-in to our city and grab a few necessities. Then they leave. Aside from taxes being paid at Summit Sprawl Park and Stupid Centres, us Hamiltonians don't benefit whatsoever. Try to find a sidewalk on Rymal Rd. This area is not built for us.
